Every dad…
has something to learn
and something to teach.
Welcome to honest of conversations about fatherhood, connection, and growth.
From our podcast (coming soon), to coaching, to our online community, this is a place where you’ll find dads who practice authenticity because we believe it is the pathway to transformation.

Not a perfect father?
Welcome to the club. In fact, the best dads are the ones who who are constantly challenging themselves to grow. They’re the ones who keep finding new ways to learn…often from dads a few steps ahead, and dads walking the same road.
Every Dad Project is a place where honest dads can learn from real stories and life lesson….born from failure, success, and everything in between.
How to get Involved
There are three ways to be a part of Every Dad Project.

Does it feel like you're on a roadtrip, but haven't been given a map?
Let's be honest, many of our dads didn't give us great maps to follow when it comes to fatherhood. If they did give a map, it's likely outdated, incomplete, and doesn't account for what modern fathers are navigating.
Unhealthy Masculinity
We were taught to keep our questions, emotions, and fears stuffed away. But how has that gone for us? Let's rediscover what healthy masculinity looks like together.
There, but Not Really
If our fathers were in our lives, they may have been there physically, but detached and distant. So many of us never learned what it felt like to emotionally connect with our dads. We want a real connection with our kids, but we weren't modeled how to create it.
Outdated Map
You know how your dad parented…and you know there’s no way you’re doing the same thing. But what are the new ways? Do they even work? How does it feel to parent without fear and shame? This is uncharted territorty for most.
Do I Have What it Takes?
The weight of expectations on dads is a lot more than what was expected in past generations. Regardless of family system, many of us have never learned how to lead ourselves…much less our kids and families. The most cruel part is that it's the people closest to us who pay the price for our own lack of development.
But there is good news...
If you're here, it means you have a desire to be a better dad. You want to grow or at least know something needs to change.
You don’t have to keep driving in circles, wondering why all of the effort ‘to change’ isn’t getting you anywhere.
There are dads asking your same questions and carrying many of the same burdens. In 'us' you can find answers to your questions, partnership in the journey, and a reminder that you are not alone. There are no shortcuts to wisdom, but learning from other dads is certainly going to help you get there faster.
And even though you may still feel lost or like you have nothing to offer…your experience, your questions, your failures all have significant value for other dads.
That’s the whole idea: every dad has something to learn, and something to teach.
A message from Justin
The secret to our growth is in connectedness. What’s worked for the redwood trees in California works for us too.
tl;dr - They survive together.
